Provider has failed to verify that all staff received BBP training on an annual basis as required by WA State Labor & Industries. Provider has failed to verify that all staff who serve or prepare food have a current Food Handler's Permit. Lead teachers, Center Director and Assistant Director do not completed DCYF Medication Management training and may administer medication to children.
